People, groups, permissions, assigned apps, and the campus buildings behind the Rooms view.
Groups
Cohorts you define, e.g. Student Worker. Grant each group extra global permissions.

Individuals
People and their role. Supervisors assign apps to their users.
A username + password lets the person sign in. Leave blank for a record with no login.

The locked tiles a person or group sees. Assign to an individual or a whole group.

Predefined tiles
Ready-to-go link tiles users can add from the "Add link" form without typing anything. Click a tile to edit it — the preview here is exactly what users get. Deleting one never touches copies users already added.
Campus buildings
Add buildings and manage each one's rooms. Use the map editor to trace a building's shape and place it on the map.
